Overview
The Center for Inclusive Design and Engineering (CIDE) is pioneering a digital literacy curriculum to empower individuals receiving Medicaid services, focusing on enhancing access to online healthcare resources and promoting digital equity.
Evaluation Approach
Evaluators will administer a post-training survey to assess participant satisfaction with program content, format, and usability. Evaluators will conduct a focus group and interviews to understand program benefits, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
