The program is intended to meet workforce development needs, create pathways that ensure a highly skilled and well-educated workforce, and provide opportunities for learners and earners to earn a living wage in an in-demand, high-skill, high-wage occupation.

Evaluation Approach

The evaluation team gathers evidence of program effectiveness to include enrollment, measures of students’ knowledge and skills, wage/employment advancement, and satisfaction with newly developed courses in construction technology.
