Evaluation Approach

Evaluators worked with affordable housing assistance leadership to develop a logic model and evaluation plan that identified the organization’s evaluation priorities. Qualitative and quantitative data were collected through surveys and interviews with clients who received financial assistance, accessed tenant/landlord mediation services, and participated in housing education and counseling sessions. Data were triangulated to assess the impact of the organization’s affordable housing assistance programs.
