Evaluation Specialist

Chloe is one of the newest members of The Evaluation Center team. Her academic and professional experiences, especially her focus on social determinants of health and the public health challenges posed by COVID-19, have deepened her commitment to reducing health disparities and advancing health equity. In her role as an Evaluation Specialist, Chloe is excited to support a range of public health projects, including the Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI), the State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW), and The Colorado Crisis Hotline Enterprise (988).

Before joining The Evaluation Center, Chloe was an AmeriCorps VISTA member with the Primary Care and Rural Health office at the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. There, she helped expand loan repayment programs for healthcare providers to improve access in underserved communities.

Chloe graduated from the University of Utah with B.S. degrees in Health, Society and Policy and International Studies. She earned her MPH with a concentration in Epidemiology from the Colorado School of Public Health at the Anschutz Medical Campus in 2025.

In her free time, Chloe enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and reading.
