Operations Manager
Allyssa is the Operations Manager at The Evaluation Center. In this role, she manages the internal business operations of TEC, which includes overseeing effort-based billing, managing recruitment efforts, engaging in contract creation, supporting project start-up, and ensuring that the overall strategic goals of the organization are begin met. She is also responsible for managing the student employee experience at TEC. This includes overseeing all outreach, recruitment, and retention efforts, as well as ensuring a supportive, learning environment through the student employee experience.
Additionally, Allyssa oversees data collection, data entry, and reporting for the State Opioid Response (SOR) project. This includes oversight and coordinating of the internal data collection team, collaborating with state partners, and providing training and technical assistance to SOR-funded providers across the state. With an interest in healing centered approaches, Allyssa brings a trauma informed perspective, including an expertise in trauma informed interviewing, to The Evaluation Center. She has also developed various data tracking tools and systems for the SOR Evaluation and has expertise in REDCap, Salesforce and SAMHSA’s Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS).
Prior to joining The Evaluation Center in 2017, Allyssa worked as a youth specialist at Community Reach Center, a local mental health center. In this position, she worked directly with school-aged youth facilitating substance use prevention education classes and collecting youth data through surveys and focus groups. She brings this passion for behavioral health to her work at The Evaluation Center.
Allyssa holds degrees from Regis University (B.A. in Sociology) and CU Denver (M.S. Management and Organization). In her free time, Allyssa enjoys spending time with family, friends, and playing with her dog.
