Zinyengo is currently pursuing a Master of Social Science at the University of Colorado Denver. He holds a bachelor’s degree in water resources management and development, as well as a University Certificate in Education from Mzuzu University, Malawi. As a Graduate Assistant at The Evaluation Center, he supports evaluation activities through data cleaning, analysis, and report writing for various projects including but not limited to, Mountain Sentinels and State Opioid Response Grant. 

Furthermore, Zinyengo is a co-founder of The Cove Collective, a non-profit organization in Malawi, whose mission is to promote community-driven development by utilizing the collective nature of human interaction. Through the non-profit, he has designed and implemented projects such as a school feeding program currently serving at least 500 primary school learners; water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiatives, rural electrification, and supporting at least 450 primary school students with teaching and learning resources.   

Zinyengo has worked as a research assistant and as a physics and mathematics teacher in secondary schools in Malawi. As a researcher, non-profit professional, and secondary school teacher, he is currently focused on personal advancement, both academically and professionally, to serve his community.
