Strategic Plan Implementation
Overview
In this project, evaluators support the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to implement a five-year strategic plan (2026-2031) to strengthen the primary prevention system in our state.
Evaluation Approach
The Evaluation Center supported CDPHE in conducting a prevention needs assessment and developing a five-year strategic plan. Following this, the agency contracted The Evaluation Center to facilitate the implementation of the strategic plan. Evaluators will coordinate and facilitate the formation of an advisory committee comprised of primary prevention professionals from local and state organizations.
