Graduate Assistant

Phatravit (Junior) Watanasiri is currently pursuing his Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of Colorado Anschutz. As a Graduate Assistant at The Evaluation Center, he serves as the coordinator for the Colorado State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW). In this role, he is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of the SEOW, and activities between The Evaluation Center, the SEOW and its stakeholders.

Junior graduated from Bates College with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biochemistry. After graduating, Junior worked as a travelling clinical research coordinator in Ophthalmology, supervising clinical trial visits for treatment of anterior segment eye diseases around the country. In his MPH studies, he has an interest in clinical epidemiology, where he hopes to use his skills to make a difference in health care research. 

In his free time, Junior enjoys alpine skiing, hiking, playing ultimate frisbee, and hanging out at the park.
